Pricing, in full

Three plans, line by line.

Every row in the table below is a thing the software does or does not do on that plan. Nothing is hidden behind “contact us”, and the share we take of client payments is on this page too — because that is the number most practice software prices quietly.

Side by side

Every difference between the three

A dash means the plan does not have it, not that it is coming. Where a plan has a limit rather than a yes, the limit is written in the cell.

The other number

What we take of client payments, and when

The plan price is one number and this is the other. Most practice software prices the first loudly and the second quietly; both are on this page.

Our shareWhen it applies
0%plus the plan Diary plan, your own clients. We hold no clinical data and take no share. Collect payment outside the platform as well and nothing at all beyond the £19 reaches us.
3%plus the card fee Practice or Clinic, your own clients, money through us. It pays for holding clinical records to a standard you can show a regulator. Collect the money yourself and it does not apply — the plan price does not change either way.
20%of that client Any plan, a client we introduced. Somebody found you through our marketplace and we sent them to you. Clients you brought yourself are never charged at this rate, on any plan.
30%no subscription Marketplace only. No plan, no monthly fee, no practice software — a profile, a booking page and payment. We carry all of the cost of finding you the client, so the share is larger.
  • The card fee is your payment provider's, not ours — we pass it through at cost.
  • Which clients we introduced is recorded at first contact and shown on your dashboard, so the 20% is never a surprise at the end of the month.
  • Move a client off the marketplace and the rate does not quietly change. It is a fact about that client, set once.

Two worked examples

What a month actually costs

Your own numbers will differ. These exist so you can see which number moves when, not to predict your month.

A

A solo therapist on Practice

40 sessions at £70, all her own clients, all paid through us.

  • Billed to clients: £2,800
  • Plan: £45
  • Our share at 3%: £84
  • Card fees: passed through at her provider's rate

Total to us: £129. Collecting the money herself instead would make it £45.

B

The same month, four clients from the marketplace

Of the 40 sessions, 8 belong to clients we introduced.

  • 32 sessions of her own: £2,240 at 3% = £67.20
  • 8 introduced sessions: £560 at 20% = £112
  • Plan: £45

Total to us: £224.20 — and £560 of work she did not have before, from clients who stay hers.

Questions about the bill

The things people ask before they sign up

What happens at the end of the two weeks?

Bookings and your link wait until a plan is chosen, signed and paid. Nothing is deleted and no record is closed — you pick up exactly where you stopped.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, in either direction. Moving up takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you have paid for.

What happens to my clinical records if I move down to Diary?

They are exported to you first, and we say so before the change goes through. Diary is a plan that holds no clinical record at all, so there is no quiet state where the data sits in a database it is not supposed to be in.

Why does Diary have no clinical notes? Is it a limitation?

It is the point of the plan. Diary carries no percentage because we hold nothing that needs holding to a clinical standard — names and payments only, because a booking cannot happen without them. If you keep your records elsewhere, you should not be paying us to hold them.

Is the 3% on top of the card fee?

Yes, and the card fee is not ours. Your payment provider charges it, we pass it through at cost, and it appears on your statement as a separate line.

Do I pay the 20% forever on a client you introduced?

It applies to that client's payments for as long as they are a client. It is recorded at first contact and shown on your dashboard from day one. It never applies to a client you brought yourself, on any plan.

What if I have more than five practitioners?

£15 a month each after the fifth, or £150 a year. Past about fifteen practitioners it is usually cheaper to take your own instance — the companies page explains that, and the price calculator gives you the figure.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

No minimum term. Cancel whenever; you keep the month or year you have paid for and we do not renew it. Your data is exportable the whole time, not only on the way out.

Two weeks, no card, nothing to cancel

Start on any plan and change your mind inside it. If the clinical record is not the part you need, Diary costs £19 and takes nothing else.
