Practice software · Directory · Your own instance

Everything a therapy practice needs, only the part you pay for.

Diary, payments and encrypted clinical records for independent therapists and clinics, from £19 a month — 30 days free, no card. Or list in our directory and pay only when we put a client in front of you.

Bigger than that? Take the whole ERP, CRM and clinical record on your own server, from £13,395 one-time — and own the source if you want it.

Part oneFor you

If you are a therapist, a counsellor or a small practice

You rent the platform from us and we host it. 30 days free with no card, four plans, and a marketplace you can list on for nothing. Everything from here to the next divider is about that.

Compare the plans

For therapists with their own clients

The admin, done once, so the hour belongs to the session

Booking, money and the clinical record in one place — and a straight answer about which parts of it we hold for you and which we never see.

01

A diary that fills itself

Your own booking page, real availability, your cancellation policy applied without an argument, and reminders that go out whether or not you remember to send them.

02

Paid before you start

Payment links, packages and credits, invoices raised from the booking. Or keep taking money your own way — that is a setting, not a downgrade.

03

Notes you are not afraid to write

Encrypted clinical notes, your own templates, and an access log that says who opened what. A colleague reading your note is a request somebody approves, not a side effect.

04

Plans, goals and measures

An episode of care with a plan behind it: problem, goal, objective. Scored questionnaires kept with the version that produced them, so a trend means something.

05

Consent, signed and kept

Agreements and consent forms sent, signed and filed against the client — with the signed copy kept where you can produce it years later.

06

A clinic, not just a calendar

Several practitioners, rooms, group sessions, supervision, caseload reports and payouts — on the plan that needs them, out of the way on the ones that do not.

What we charge, all of it

Four numbers. There is no fifth.

We find your clients, you do the care, and the longer they stay, the less you pay. Most practice software prices the subscription loudly and the transaction quietly. Here is every way money reaches us, in one table.

Our commissionWhen it applies
0%if you are listed Your own clients, on every plan, while you are listed on the marketplace. Listing is free. A company that lists its therapists gets the same for each of them.
0.5%–1%capped, if not listed Your own clients, not listed. 1% on Diary, Practice Start and Practice, 0.5% on Clinic, at most £10 to £20 a month, on every session booked in your calendar.
20% → 10%with an active plan Clients we find for you. Counted per client for as long as they book through 7DaysCare: 20% on sessions 1–8, 15% on sessions 9–15, and 10% from session 16. It covers our promotion, marketing and tools.
30% → 20%without a plan Clients we find for you, with no plan and no monthly fee. 30% on sessions 1–10, 25% on sessions 11–15, and 20% from session 16. If you cancel your plan, your marketplace clients move to these rates.
  • Card processing is separate: on a payment through us, the provider’s fee (Stripe’s, for example) is passed through at cost on every plan. Use your own payment link and we add nothing.
  • Which clients the marketplace introduced is recorded at first contact and shown on your dashboard, so the rate is never a surprise. It is a fact about that client, set once.
  • Fair price rule: your marketplace price cannot be higher than the price on your own 7DaysCare booking page. Therapists who match get a “Same price as booking direct” badge and rank higher in search.

The marketplace

Two ways to be found, and you pick which

Every plan includes a public profile. You can also be on the marketplace without a plan at all — which suits somebody building a caseload rather than running a practice.

Marketplace only

Free

then 30% on a client’s first ten sessions, falling to 20% as they stay

No subscription, no card, nothing to cancel. You get a profile, a booking page, payments and messages. You do not get the practice software or the clinical record — this is a way to be found, not a way to run a practice.

  • A profile with your qualifications, languages, services and reviews
  • A booking page and real availability
  • Payment taken for you, and a payout on a cycle
  • Messages and consultation requests

20%

only of the clients we introduce, falling to 10% as they stay

Your listing comes with the plan. Keep running your own practice, your own way, and let us fill the gaps in your week. Nothing changes for the clients you already had.

  • Listed in the directory, on any plan
  • Your own short link, so the people you send stay yours
  • 0% on your own clients while you are listed, 1% (capped) if you are not
  • 20% on a client’s first eight sessions, 15% on 9–15, 10% from 16, only for a client who arrived through us

What is in the instance

One system, not five that have to be kept in agreement

Most organisations end up with a practice-management tool, a records system, a finance package, a spreadsheet and a folder nobody owns — and a person whose job is keeping them from disagreeing. This is the whole of it on one database, built on open-source Odoo, so Odoo itself carries no licence fee and nobody is locked in.

94modules, installed as you need them
513models behind them
271test files
9countries with compliance pages
0Odoo licence fees
The clinical recordIntake forms before the first session, episodes from first contact to discharge, versioned treatment plans with nested goals, template-driven notes, scored instruments charted over the episode, and between-session monitoring.
Documents that are actually encryptedPer document and per field, with the keys held separately, an access log no administrator can edit, and disposal by destroying the key rather than deleting a row.
The diaryAvailability rules and exceptions, rooms and resources, time zones, and online booking against real availability rather than a form that emails you.
MoneySession credits and packages, a tiered cancellation policy, memberships, orders and invoicing — and payout runs that write real supplier bills rather than a note to remember later.
Getting foundA referrer and partner register, enquiry capture with a clock on it, a website and content, campaigns and newsletters, and attribution from first click to admitted client.
Knowing how it is goingOccupancy and capacity, finance dashboards, team dashboards, care reports, and a daily digest that tells you what is late and what nobody has promised to do.
GovernanceRisk assessments, activity review, workforce designations and access termination, training records, and a compliance health check that reports only what is wrong.
Talking to clientsSecure chat inside the record, metered chat consultation, video sessions, and push, email and SMS notification.
SignaturesConsent and engagement agreements sent automatically on purchase, signed by the client, and bound to the record they belong to — with the signed copy and its certificate kept where you can produce it years later.
A phone appFor clients and for practitioners, on iOS and Android, talking only to the API gateway and holding no secret of its own.

Why an instance rather than a subscription to somebody else

Four differences, each one a mechanism rather than a mood

Every one of these is something the software does, which means you can check it rather than believe it. No claimed percentage improvement appears on this page — we have none that are sourced, and an unsourced one is just a number somebody liked.

01

You are never locked out of your own records

The foundation is open source and the data is yours.

Built on Odoo Community under an open licence, on PostgreSQL you can read. Export is not a feature we might remove. If you leave, you leave with the database.

What stops a competitor: a per-user licence is their revenue model, so they cannot drop it without rebuilding the business.

02

Encryption the operator cannot read through

Not “encrypted at rest” on a shared platform.

Documents are encrypted per document and per field, keys are held separately, and disposal destroys the key. The access log records the read before the content is decrypted, so an abandoned download is still recorded.

What stops a competitor: a multi-tenant platform that cannot read your data cannot run most of the features it sells.

03

The country rules are code, not a policy document

Nine countries, each with a page that names what is missing too.

A protected title that cannot be published without a checked register number. A retention clock with no end date where the law has none. A session counter that warns before the one the insurer will not pay for.

What stops a competitor: these are refusals in the write path, and bolting them onto a product built without them means touching every screen.

04

You can have it built your way, and own it

Custom development as a module on the platform, in your repository.

The triage rule nobody else uses, the report the board asks for in a shape no vendor ships. On a fixed product that is a feature request. Here it is a module that ships with your instance.

What stops a competitor: nothing — except that their product is the same product for everybody, by design.

Europe first · Security and compliance

Start with the country you operate in

The encryption, the access control, the audit log and the server hardening are the same everywhere. What changes by country is the rights and governance machinery on top — so each country has a page of its own, written against the code, and each one ends by naming what we have not built.

Read this one first Security & compliance The shared core every country rests on How records are encrypted, who can open one, what the audit log records and how the server is hardened — built once, which is why the country pages are short. United States HIPAA HITECH · 42 CFR Part 2 Every patient right, every safeguard, and which of them are yours rather than ours. Breach notification: four factors, sixty days, per-state thresholds. European Union GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679 Lawful basis under Article 9(2)(h) rather than consent, erasure carried out by destroying the key, and the two breach deadlines. Deutschland Germany § 203 StGB · § 630f BGB · NIS2 One piece of it is criminal law and decides whether a practice may lawfully buy at all. Ten years from the end of treatment, not from the file date. United Kingdom UK GDPR DPA 2018 · NHS Code of Practice The serious-harm test as a workflow that expires by itself, and the NHS retention schedule as shipped data. Twenty years for mental-health records. Australia Privacy Act 13 APPs · NDB scheme No small-business exemption for a health provider, eight sets of state retention rules, and a patient who can sue without waiting for a regulator. Norge Norway § 14 access log · helsepersonelloven The patient reads every access to every record about them — including the ones they are not shown. Consent at 16, confidentiality from parents at 12. Suomi Finland asiakastietolaki · valvontalaki · Kanta The one page that opens with what we are not. The service unit, its responsible person, two years of log information and a two-month clock. Schweiz · Suisse · Svizzera Switzerland PsyG · StGB Art. 321 · Anordnungsmodell Twenty-six cantons, a licence each. Fifteen sessions on a doctor’s order, renewable once to thirty. The secret binds whoever can read your data. Canada PIPEDA & PHIPA 10 principles · provincial statutes No single Act: a federal law, a health statute that changes with the province, and a professional college setting how long you keep a chart.

The awkward questions

Asked plainly, answered plainly

On the Diary plan, what do you actually hold about my clients?

A name, the contact details you need to send a reminder, what was booked and what was paid. There is no note, no questionnaire score, no treatment plan and no uploaded document, because that plan does not have those features at all.

It is the right plan if you keep your clinical records somewhere else and want them to stay there.

When exactly does the commission on my own clients apply?

Only while you are not listed on the marketplace. Then it is 1% on Diary (at most £10 a month), 1% on Practice Start (at most £15) and Practice (at most £20), and 0.5% on Clinic (at most £20 per practitioner), counted on every session booked in your 7DaysCare calendar — whether the client pays through us or not.

List on the marketplace and it is 0% on every plan. Your plan price does not change either way.

What is the difference between Practice Start and Practice?

Practice Start keeps a proper clinical record: notes and templates, intake and consent forms, the client portal and secure messaging. Practice adds treatment plans and goals, scored questionnaires that are sent and chased for you, memberships and the general mobile app.

Is the AI available?

Not yet. It is designed and being built, and nothing in it is live. The price we plan to charge is on the pricing page so there is no surprise when it arrives.

Can I leave, and take my data?

Yes. Export your clients, appointments and records at any time, in a readable format. And if you would rather run the system yourself, the self-hosted edition is the same software.

30 days, no card, your own data

Start on any plan. Move, change or leave whenever you like.
