Put your practice or your organisation on an address of your own — annajones.com, acmeclinic.com — and keep everything else running on the platform you already use. Your name, your menu and your colours; only you, or only your company and its experts; no server to run.
The idea
One platform, a front door of your own
There is no copy of anything per practitioner and no second website to look after. Your address is a different way in to the same system, and what a visitor sees is decided by whose address they typed.

Two kinds of address
For a therapist, and for a company
A therapist
Your profile is your home page, in your own header and footer. A visitor sees you, your session packages, a contact section and a basket, and never another practitioner.

A company
Your organisation on its own address, with the practitioners you have invited and who have accepted shown under it. A client sees what they already have with your company, and nothing else.
- A company page you can style, with a roster of experts who agreed to be on it
- A client who has no relationship with your company does not see its experts through your door

A company on the hosted service is on the Clinic plan. Its own domain is an add-on on top.

Company
Your company and its experts listed on the companies marketplace. We take 25% of a client’s sessions 1–10, 20% of sessions 11–15 and 15% from session 16. This plan does not allow inviting your own clients, and there are no optional extras.
What a company pays, in full
- £99 for up to 5 practitioners, then £19 each. £990 a year for the first five if you pay yearly (2 months free).
- Commission on your own clients: 0% while your practitioners are listed on the marketplace; otherwise 0.5%, at most £20 per practitioner a month.
- Clients the marketplace finds: 20% down to 10% as they stay, with a plan.
- On payments through us, the card provider’s fee at cost. Your own payment link adds nothing.
- Your own domain for the company: £79 a month. AI Clinic Insights is planned at £39 a month per Clinic account and is not available yet.
Design
Two templates, both included
Every address gets a look without anyone writing code, and without anything to buy.
Internal: restyle the page
Changes the body of your profile only. It shows on the marketplace and inside your own chrome, so one choice improves both pages. This is the recommended way to start.
External: replace the whole door
Brings its own header, footer, menu and colours, on your own address only. The upgrade for somebody who wants the door to look like their own brand.
Templates are added by us and chosen by us, or by you when we switch the chooser on for your account. They are never uploaded by a customer, because a template is code that runs on our server.
Languages
The languages your address serves
Each address names the languages it serves. A site in one language reads at the bare path, annajones.de/sessions, with no prefix and no switcher. With more than one, a small switcher sits next to the account link.
How it works
From your domain name to a live door
You bring the domain name; we do the rest on the platform.
- You choose the address and tell us, when you apply or from your workspace.
- You prove it is yours. You publish a DNS TXT record we give you, and point the name at our edge with a CNAME. We never serve a page for a name that has not been proved.
- We issue the certificate once the proof is seen, so the address works over HTTPS.
- You choose what to show: the template, the footer details, the languages. Every detail is off until you switch it on.
- You go live. Visitors see your door; the marketplace carries on beside it.
Straight about the limits
What this is not
Not a separate website
It is the same platform behind another address. Extra bespoke pages on your domain are a separate, quoted piece of work.
Not a promise of clients
An address makes you easy to find and easy to send people to. It does not change how many people look for you.
Not a server of your own
If you need the database on your own infrastructure, or the source code, that is the self-hosted instance.
Questions
Before you ask us
Do I need a plan to have my own domain?
Yes: the address is an add-on to a hosted plan, priced as above. It is not part of the free directory listing.
What if I get more than 5,000 visits a month?
A visit package covers more: £6 a month per domain for 20,000 visits.
Can my company and my therapists each have their own domain?
Yes. A company has its own address, and each therapist on its roster can have theirs, each showing only what belongs to it.
Does my domain show other practitioners?
No. Your address shows you, or your company and its experts. The directory is the marketplace’s, not yours.
Can I move to my own server later?
Yes. The self-hosted instance is a separate offer with its own price list; the calculator prices it module by module.
